Two rooms in a share house next to Flagey in Ixelles

We have two rooms free in a beautiful large house right next to Flagey and the lakes in Ixelles.

There are four rooms in the house in total, with 3 bathrooms (the two free rooms both have their own bathrooms, one of them including a bath ...)

We are looking for easy going like minded happy housemates to share such a lovely house. Some experience with house sharing is always a bonus. Ideally we would like people who are wanting to stay for the longer term, although understand that it can be difficult in Brussels to know exactly how long that will be!

The two rooms are available in our house from first of July (Room1) and first of August (Room2) onwards.

The facts:
- Room 1: Large room (approx. 25 m2/ 1st floor) with wooden flooring, sink, shower and toilet (and access to its own large attic with storage space)

- Room 2: Even larger big, bright room (approx. 60 m2/ almost a single apartment on the whole 1st floor) with a seperate spacious bathroom (in a separate large room including separate bath and shower, mirror with cabinet and wardrobe).

- A gorgeous old house in Ixelles (Flagey area)

- Four flatmates (in total, including the two new people and the two current ones 29+ years)

- Three large common rooms (living room, dining room, TV room)

- Big attic and basement with lots of storage space

- Cozy garden great for BBQs
